Dear Players, Parents, Partners and Supporters, College and High School Coaches, Scouts, and followers of AAU USA International Collegiate Baseball

Crazy how time flies! Congratulations from all the coaching staff for a fun and successful 2019 AAU USA International Collegiate Summer baseball season in Europe. It has certainly been an incredible journey!

First of all, Coach Chris Cummings and I are extremely proud of what the players were able to accomplish this season representing AAU Baseball in Spain and Scotland. We appreciate every ounce of the support the team received.

We were overwhelmingly considered the team to beat, and every game was a hard-fought battle by our guys out there Across the Pond. We love all the expectations for high achievement and at the end of the day want to live up to that.

Our guys really did a fantastic job of representing AAU Baseball and the sport internationally this year. We will all remember this team as a group of high quality young men, terrific teammates, great competitors, as guys who showed tremendous resiliency and heart throughout this season—through injuries and exhaustion.

In the games we got down in during the 2019 campaign, we always kept coming back. From such grit was forged the championship of the inaugural Bobby Thomson International Invitational Tournament in Scotland. In 2018 the team expereinced great success in the USA/Scotland Friendship Series and earned a championship game berth in the Ireland International Invitational Tournament. Before that the team won consecutive league pennants signifying the 2017 and 2016 CBLE regular season championships. Team AAU USA International Team have been bold, courageous winners in every way.

Put simply, the AAU USA International Collegiate Team played with style and confidence. The two together is the kind of swagger that boosts performance in pressure situations, and it was demonstrated in numerous games. Their passion, drive, perseverance, and resiliency—this team will always be remembered for that.

Thank you for giving the coaching staff this amazing opportunity these last few weeks with everyone playing ball and traveling Europe together! We have all made friendships that will last a lifetime. It has been an incredible trip with a great group of guys and great times on and off the field and it feels like we've all known each other for months, if not longer.

For now relax, enjoy, and reflect on your tremendous life, world travel, and baseball and personal growth and development experiences we all shared together.

We want to thank you again for all your hard work and approach to this summer of international athletic competition. The opportunity to travel the world, experience different cultures, make life-long relationships, and play international baseball was a lifetime opportunity and going forward will become a major part of your personal development and life narrative.

Best wishes for the spectacular year ahead for you. Stay in touch and with each other and the coaches, and be sure to share and post your pics via https://aauglobal.shutterfly.com/. Share as many of the pics you took as possible!

Every year is different and we are going to miss this group for sure and wish you all the best!

Sincerely,
Mike Graham
