NEAAU BASEBALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide your event with a valid AAU Event license
- Provide your event with field insurance certificates
- Manage online & offline event registrations/payments/refunds
- Provide a tournament page on NEAAU website
- Market your event on website, email newsletter & social media
- Provide your club with team entry fee payment to pay your event expenses
YOUR CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain an AAU Club Level 2 Membership ($60)
- Secure fields & umpires
- Staff and run the event
- Pay for fields, umpires and other event expenses
- Produce event schedule and your event rules
- Communicate with teams before and during your event
